RS. Pelabuhan Jakarta was established on May 1, 1999, RS. Pelabuhan Jakarta is a subsidiary of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II. And the company gets its certification are:

2.4. JOB DESCRIPTION
At the practical work the author was placed in the TSI (Technology Information System). TSI (Technology Information System) in charge of caring for and installing their own computerized systems in hospitals. RS. Pelabuhan Jakarta in TSI section was divided into two parts namely the operation of the operating system and hardware, this is done so that every staff at TSI has more task specifications. Both have different functions and tasks, namely:


1. System Operation
The tasks of the operating system is to cope with software troubleshooting, database troubleshooting, data entry and so on.
2. Hardware Operation
The task of the operation of the hardware is to overcome the hardware troubleshooting, networking and so caring.


2.5. ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
The organizational structure of the RS. Pelabuhan Jakarta which has been formed in 1999 and has been revised again until today, as the organizational structure of a standard office environment and company. There is also a structure as follows:
